ah cool. are any of those songs part of the story? apart from battesimo del fuoco which i know is.

i have act II hard copy now, and act I is in the post. should be cool. it sounds so good without having pauses in between songs now.

well the first track is an elton john cover. the other one, who knows? i suspect not though, but it might be a product of one of the writing sessions they decided not to include, in which case it would be. but i doubt it. jen bought me Act II aaaages ago, and i still don't have it. i think they're visiting soon though.

i'm growing impatient for my Act I to arrive. i want to hear how act II follows on.

favourite dear hunter moment atm: the last few minutes of the bitter suite part III, the instrumental bits. so good.

i literally found that out yesterday, and i was thinking to myself, that's amazing. i thought he was nearer 30. and he's only just 25. so Act I was released when he was... 22/23. so the demo CD was probably a year before that. people do stuff young. cf. portugal. the man.

i'm listening to Razia's Shadow now, which is a musical from Forgive Durden. Casey sings the opening track.

bunch of people from that scene guesting on this one guys album/musical. Casey does, but also the guy from Gatsbys, from P.TM, some other familiar ones as well i think. no idea if they're good yet.
